Sablo — Intermittent Fasting Tracker · Last updated 10 September 2026

Sablo does not collect your data. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you record stays on your iPhone. We cannot see your fasts, your weight, or anything else in the app, because none of it is ever sent anywhere.

What the app stores, and where

Sablo saves the following on your device only:

This is held in the app's own storage on your iPhone, and in a shared container so the widgets and Lock Screen can display your current fast. If iCloud Backup is switched on in iOS, this data is included in your device backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.

What the app never does

Apple Health

If you turn on Apple Health sync, Sablo reads and writes body mass (weight) only. Nothing else is read from Health, and nothing is written to it except weights you enter yourself. You are asked for permission first, and can withdraw it at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices. Health data is never transmitted off your device.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. There are no push notifications, so no device token is created or sent anywhere.

Purchases

Sablo offers an optional subscription and a one-time lifetime unlock. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Sablo never sees your payment details, and receives only the entitlement status needed to unlock features on your device.

Children

Sablo is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because your data never leaves your iPhone, there is nothing for us to provide, correct or erase on your behalf. You are in full control: you can edit or delete any individual fast or weight entry in the app, export everything to CSV, and remove all of it at once with Erase all data in Settings. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
